HIMSS has negotiated a discounted room rate at $339.00, plus tax: currently sales tax of 14.75% + 1.50% tourism fee per night $3.50 occupancy tax per room for the forum dates (Wednesday, July 9th and Thursday, July 10th) and three nights pre and post forum.

Check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am ET. Early check-in and late check-out requests will be based on hotel availability.
